I suggest you contact you local Israeli consulate. Also, it is possible to get a job in Israel first, and then deal with the issues of staying here. I found out though personal experience that the Israeli government is more often than not execptionally efficient at home, and exceptionally inefficient abroad. Of course, it also depends on particular issues and locations.

There are plenty of consulates to contact as they are spread all over the USA. There must be one close to you.
However, it is my understanding that you cannot immigrate to Israel. One has to have relatives there or have some important qualifications to be able to move there. However, I can be wrong. It is also my understanding that it is not enough to be a Christian Zionist to move to Israel. I came across a report last week that a group of Canadian Christian Zionists moved to Israel. Try to google it.
300K Arabs identified as Palestinians moved to Israel in the last decade or so. 150K moved to Israel legally via the Israeli loopholes marrying the local Israeli Arabs and 150K moved to Israel illegally quietly living within the Arab communities. 150K illegal Palestinian Arabs represent 4% of the Israeli population. Also, according to the statistical reports 15K-20K Egyptian Arabs have moved to Israel.
Israel must be mistreating the Arabs if the Israeli residency documents is the most sought out commodity in the area. How many Jews have moved to any Arab sovereignity?
