Don't get too excited about companies like AIG and GM which are afloat because Obama handed them tens of billions of our money for free. They're not stabilizing -- they're on a welfare high, courtesy of the few remaining Americans who are actually paying taxes.

Meanwhile, unemployment is skyrocketing, contrary to Obama's lies about a "stimulus plan with millions of shovel-ready jobs." Remember that famous lie? Almost as funny as Obama's campaign promise not to raise taxes on anyone who earns less than $250k.

So it sure seems like it's the Obama supporters who are doing their best to make sure the country fails. They're working hard to create a multi-trillion-dollar deficit that is sure to choke us all, complete with North Korea-style health care.

The one silver lining in all of this is that the Leftist messiah's popularity ratings are plunging faster than he can say "you earned that paycheck. Now give it to me!"

bararallu,

I think the crisis has just started now. So have you really purchased that precious metal ? I have removed most of my cash from stocks. Going to buy more gold.

Y. Shulamith,

Welcome back. Did you buy those Gold Coins ...

OT

India buys half of IMF's gold for sale

MUMBAI/WASHINGTON, Nov 3 (Reuters) - The International Monetary Fund has sold 200 tonnes of gold to the Reserve Bank of India for $6.8 billion, quietly executing half of a long-planned bullion sale that has threatened to slow gold's ascent.

The sale, which surprised traders who expected China to be the leading buyer, will relieve the gold market of some uncertainty over how and when the IMF would sell 403.3 tonnes of gold, about one-eighth of its total stock. The deal will increase India's gold holdings to the tenth largest among central banks.

...But now, the tally has fallen from 67 to 52, thanks in part to Shanti Das, a former New York-based music executive with Universal Motown Records.

"They were stacked up like shoes in a closet," Das recalled thinking after CNNMoney reported what was happening at 1300 E. Warren St. in October. "It was such a horrific situation. I thought, 'Oh my god, we have to try and restore some dignity to these families.'"

Even though Das isn't from Detroit, the corpses triggered a very personal reaction: Her father had committed suicide when she was just eight months old, and Das' mother had struggled to find the money to bury him.
.
.
Nevertheless, Das' goal remains unchanged. She intends to raise enough to bury all the abandoned. "It's going to take one person like me and a million others to start shedding lights on these problems," she said. "But just because I'm a country girl from Atlanta doesn't mean I can't help someone in Detroit."

Why doesn't the American Churches which sends Billions to convert Indians pay for the families in Detroit ?
